Für unser Tochterunternehmen Aichelin Ges.m.b.H. mit Sitz in Mödling, Österreich suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine motivierte und anlagentechnisch versierte Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Servicetechnik und Inbetriebnahme von Neuanlagen. Wir suchen einen_n 1 Service- und Inbetriebnahmetechniker_in für Wärmebehandlungsanlagen für Mödling Vollzeit 38,5 Wochenstunden ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Anlagenprüfungen und Funktionstests im Aichelin Werk Celje, Slowenien vor der Auslieferung

* Inbetriebnahme unserer Industrieofenanlagen beim Kunden vor Ort

* Durchführung von parametrierungs- und prozesstechnischen Einstellungen

* Begleitung der Projekte bis zur erfolgreichen Endabnahme durch den Kunden

* Koordination, Überwachung und fachliche Führung der zugeteilten Montage- und Servicekräfte

* Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden während der Hochlaufphase

* Reisetätigkeit von ca. 70-90 % (vorwiegend Europa)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Anlagenbau, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Anlagenmontage (z. B. HTL, Fachschule oder Lehre)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Industrieanlagen von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in der Gastechnik sind wünschenswert

* Breites technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Mechanik und Mechatronik

* Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in SPS-Systemen (Siemens SIMATIC S7 und TIA Portal) vorhanden

* Bereitschaft, sich in wärmebehandlungstechnische Prozesse und Verfahren einzuarbeiten

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie professionelles Auftreten
