In de functie van Service & Veiligheid Medewerker word je opgeleid tot Buitengewoon Opsporingsambtenaar (BOA) en ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor reizigers op de stations, in de metro en tram. Jij combineert veiligheid met service en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich prettig en welkom voelt in het openbaar vervoer. Het grootste deel van jouw dag houd je toezicht, beantwoord je vragen van reizigers, en los je (kleine) problemen snel op. Dit verschilt van aanspreken tot een proces verbaal schrijven en zelfs arresteren. Je werkt fulltime in een rooster van 36 uur, met diensten die overdag, in de avond- en nachturen en om de twee weken in het weekend. Elke dag is anders: het ene moment help je iemand die de weg kwijt is, het andere moment houd je toezicht op de veiligheid. Jij maakt het verschil door alert te zijn en treed op als het nodig is.

Wie ben jij? Jij bent stressbestendig en vindt het leuk om met mensen te werken. Je denkt graag in oplossingen en communiceert helder en vriendelijk. Ervaring is niet nodig, de RET leid je op! Verder neem je mee:

- Mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau; - Woont binnen 40 km (denk aan Spijkenisse, Delft, Rijswijk, Vlaardingen, Maassluis, Den Haag, Leiden, Gouda) - Rijbewijs B of theorie; - Flexibiliteit: je werkt onregelmatige diensten.
