Voor onze klant, regio Roeselare, gaan wij op zoek naar een Service Verantwoordelijke. Het bedrijf is een machinebouwer en installateur en telt momenteel een 15tal personen. Momenteel is de organisatie op zoek naar een technisch coördinator die nauw samenwerkt met de service manager en hem ondersteunt in zijn dagelijkse werking. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van jonge techniekers en ondersteunende profielen, binnen een industriële omgeving waar maatwerk en technische installaties centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de planning van de techniekers correct wordt opgesteld, zodat service-interventies efficiënt verlopen
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor techniekers wanneer zij vragen hebben of ondersteuning nodig hebben tijdens hun werkzaamheden
  • Dagelijks coördineer je de werking tussen twee technische afdelingen, zodat werkzaamheden vlot op elkaar afgestemd zijn
  • Wisselstukken en onderdelen worden door jou opgevolgd, zodat techniekers steeds over het juiste materiaal beschikken
  • Veel contact met internationale klanten waarbij je technische vragen of praktische afspraken coördineert
  • Samen met de service manager bewaak je het overzicht van de servicewerking en zorg je dat alles gestructureerd verloopt
  • Je behaalde een technisch bachelorsdiploma (elektromechanica)
  • Enkele jaren werkervaring, idealiter in een hands-on service rol of planmatige functie
  • Je bent stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk
