Als Serviceadviseur ben jij het gezicht van onze organisatie en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt en met een brede glimlach ons terrein weer verlaat. Vanaf het moment dat de klant de autosleutels bij jou inlevert tot het moment van ophalen, begeleid jij het volledige serviceproces. Je luistert aandachtig naar de wensen van de klant en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke en begrijpelijke werkopdrachten voor je collega's in de werkplaats. Dankzij jouw goede werkvoorbereiding kan iedereen efficiënt en met de juiste verwachtingen aan de slag. Tijdens het werkplaatsbezoek houd je de klant proactief op de hoogte van de voortgang en geef je heldere uitleg over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Na afloop zorg je voor een correcte facturering. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met andere afdelingen en met externe partijen zoals leasemaatschappijen. Met jouw heldere communicatie, deskundig advies, prijsafspraken en nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling zorg je elke dag weer voor tevreden klanten en een soepel verlopend serviceproces. Profiel Serviceadviseur Ben jij dit als werknemer? - Je bent enthousiast en gedreven om nieuwe dingen te leren - Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen de automotive - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar - Je staat bekend om je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling; - Ervaring met systemen als Autoline en Syntec is een pré.
