Aantal uren - 40 uur Serviceadviseur Wat ga je doen? Als serviceadviseur kom je te werken bij onze Mercedes-Benz vestiging in Dordrecht. In deze functie ben jij onmisbaar voor de klant én je collega's. Met jouw administratieve skills weet jij alles wat er in de werkplaats gebeurt te verwerken. Hierbij kun je denken aan het verwerken van facturatie en schade- of garantieclaims maar ook het inplannen en behouden van de werkplaatsplanning. Doordat jij weet hoe je met de klanten moet communiceren stuur jij de klanten met een tevreden gevoel en een glimlach naar huis. Maar dat is nog niet alles, zo houdt je je ook bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Het aanmaken van werkorders; - Administratief verwerken van de werkzaamheden aan de auto; - Inplannen van de werkzaamheden bij collega's in de werkplaats; - De voortgang bewaken van de planning; - Het bespreken van facturen en uitleg geven aan de klant over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Profiel Serviceadviseur Wie ben jij? Jij houdt ervan om in contact te staan met de klant en hen te ontzorgen. Daarnaast ben je organisatorisch sterk en kun je het overzicht bewaren, ook als het plotseling erg druk is aan de balie. Samen met je collega's wil jij de volgende stap zetten om onze klanten nog beter te kunnen helpen en zo de klantverwachting te overtreffen. Verder beschik jij over onder andere: - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als serviceadviseur binnen de Automotive; - Een fulltime beschikbaarheid maar 4 dagen is ook bespreekbaar. Wat bieden wij jou? Je komt te werken in een team van collega's dat er alles aan doet om de verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen. Samen met je collega serviceadviseurs zijn jullie verantwoordelijk om de klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Als serviceadviseur ben je onderdeel van een team bestaande uit 14 collega's.
