Autotarget - Breda - 32-40 uur - Automotive 1. OVER DE FUNCTIE Als Serviceadviseur begint jouw werk meestal al voordat de auto de werkplaats binnenrijdt. Je bespreekt met de klant wat er aan de hand is, maakt duidelijke afspraken en zorgt dat de monteurs precies weten welke werkzaamheden uitgevoerd moeten worden. Gedurende de dag houd je de voortgang in de gaten. Blijkt tijdens onderhoud of diagnose dat er extra werkzaamheden nodig zijn, dan bespreek je dit met de klant en stem je opnieuw af met de werkplaats. Je houdt overzicht over de planning, verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling en neemt bij aflevering de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en factuur met de klant door. Via Autotarget kijken we naar verschillende Automotive werkgevers in de regio Breda. De ene Serviceadviseur zoekt een grote merkdealer met veel opleidingsmogelijkheden, terwijl een ander juist beter tot zijn recht komt binnen een kleiner autobedrijf met kortere lijnen. Dat verschil nemen we mee. 2. WAT BRENG JE MEE? - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring als Serviceadviseur is een pré. - Ervaring binnen Automotive of aftersales is sterk gewenst. - Technische kennis of affiniteit met autotechniek. - Je communiceert makkelijk met klanten én monteurs. - Je kunt plannen en houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten. - Je bent commercieel zonder klanten onnodig werk te verkopen. - Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig. - Rijbewijs B. 3.
