Welche Herausforderung bieten wir?

Unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sollen sich bei uns vom ersten Kontakt an gut aufgehoben fühlen. Genau hier kommen Sie als Chef bzw. Chefin des 1.Eindrucks ins Spiel: Als Serviceassistenz sind Sie eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kundinnen und Kunden, der Serviceberatung und der Werkstätte. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Informationen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden, Termine gut koordiniert sind und unsere Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent und persönlich betreut werden.

Welche Aufgaben haben wir für Sie?

* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kund:innen

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen vor Ort, telefonisch und schriftlich

* Koordination von Werkstatt- und Serviceterminen

* Unterstützung der Serviceberatung bei Kundenaufträgen

* Abstimmung mit Werkstatt und Serviceberatung

* Organisation von Ersatzmobilität sowie Fahrzeugannahme und -übergabe

* Pflege von Kunden-, Fahrzeug- und Auftragsdaten

* Administrative Tätigkeiten im Servicebereich

* Mitwirkung an reibungslosen Abläufen und hoher Servicequalität

PROFIL:

* Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen, sind organisiert und behalten den Überblick?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise kaufmännisch oder KFZ-nah

* Erfahrung im KFZ-Bereich bzw. Autohaus von Vorteil

* Freude am Kundenkontakt

* Service- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

* Organisationstalent und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist und wertschätzender Umgang

* Freude am Finden von Lösungen - auch wenn es hektisch wird

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil

GEHALT:
