Wir sind ein führendes Autohaus mit angeschlossener BOSCH CAR SERVICE Reparaturwerkstatt. Zur Verstärkung unseres TEAMS suchen wir eine engagierte Serviceassistent(in). Bei uns steht die Kundenzufriedenheit an erster Stelle. Wir setzen auf hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiterinnen, die unsere Leidenschaft für erstklassigen Service und unsere Begeisterung für Autos teilen. 1 Serviceassistent_in im KFZ-Betrieb Als Serviceassistent/in sind sie einer der ersten Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und arbeiten eng mit unserer Werkstatt und dem Verkauf zusammen. Ihr Aufgabenbereich ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich, und jeden Tag warten neue Herausforderungen auf sie.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

* Kundenbetreuung vor Ort

* Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten

* Abrechnung von Werkstattaufträgen

* Abwicklung von Versicherungsschäden

* Abwicklung von Garantiefällen und Kampagnen

* Kassendienst bis zum Kassenabschluss

* Telefonischer Kundenkontakt und Terminverwaltung

* Organisation von Mailings und Kampagnen

* Unterstützung der Buchhaltung

* Weitere administrative Tätigkeiten im Autohaus

Anforderungen:

* Ausbildung im Bürowesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Gepflegtes Auftreten und Selbstbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit und hohes Engagement

* Guter Umgang mit Kunden

* Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in MS-Office

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Erfahrung im Autohaus wäre von großem Vorteil
