Deine Mission als Serviceassistent_in Werkstatt & Ersatzteile

Du bist die organisatorische Drehscheibe unseres Standortes und sorgst dafür, dass Werkstatt, Ersatzteilversorgung und Kundenservice reibungslos zusammenspielen. Dabei koordinierst du Abläufe, betreust unsere Kunden, kümmerst dich um Lager und Warenbewegungen und unterstützt den Werkstattleiter im Tagesgeschäft.

Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag mit viel Eigenverantwortung - eine spannende Mischung aus Kundenkontakt, Organisation, Auftragsabwicklung und praktischer Mitarbeit im Ersatzteillager.

Deine Aufgaben als Serviceassistent_in Werkstatt & Ersatzteile

* Freundliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden persönlich und telefonisch * Annahme und Abwicklung von Werkstattaufträgen inkl. Verrechnung * Bearbeitung von Ersatzteilanfragen und -bestellungen * Durchführung des Bestellwesens und Versandabwicklung * Warenannahme, Kontrolle, Kommissionierung und Warenausgabe * Lagerverwaltung und kaufmännische Administration im Ersatzteil- und Lagerbereich * Unterstützung des Werkstattleiters bei der Organisation und Koordination des Standortes * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstatt, Service und unserem Headquarter

Das solltest du als Serviceassistent_in Werkstatt & Ersatzteile mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung * Erfahrung im Ersatzteilverkauf, Ersatzteillager oder der technischen Auftragsbearbeitung * Gutes technisches Verständnis - beispielsweise aus den Bereichen Metalltechnik, Landmaschinentechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Maschinenbau * Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil * Bereitschaft, technische und kaufmännische Aufgaben im Arbeitsalltag zu kombinieren * Staplerschein von Vorteil * Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort & Schrift * Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung * Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist
