Zur Verstärkung unseres Werkstätten-Teams suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt einen engagierten 1 Serviceberater/Ersatzteilverkäufer (m/w/d) VOLLZEIT (38,5 Std.), AB SOFORT

Aufgaben

* Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Bestellungen via E-Mail, WhatsApp, Telefon, etc.

* Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Kalkulationen und Angebote

* Aktiver Verkauf von Service-Aufträgen, Ersatzteilen und Zubehör an Privat- sowie Firmenkunden

* Teileeinkauf

* Annahme und Abrechnung von Aufträgen (intern und extern)

* Annahme und -Rückgabe von Fahrzeugen inklusive Endkontrollen

* Kontinuierliche und direkte Abstimmung mit Werkstattmeister, Lager, Kundendienst, Administration, Verkauf

* Terminkoordination (intern und extern)

* Reklamationsmanagement

* Fakturierung und Kassenbuchführung

* DMS / CRM Stammdaten pflegen

* Eingabe & Pflege von Daten im System

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst

* Erfahrung im Kfz-Bereich

* Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse erforderlich

* DMS / CRM-Kenntnisse erforderlich (MotionData / MOVEC von Vorteil)

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Prozessbewusstsein erforderlich

* Priorisierungsfähigkeit unter hohem Arbeitsvolumen

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamorientiert, klar in Kommunikation und Eskalation
