Ihre Aufgaben

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Serviceprozess

* Annahme von Fahrzeugen sowie Erstellung von Serviceaufträgen

* Koordination und Abstimmung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten mit der Werkstatt

* Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kommunikation zu Kosten, Terminen und Leistungsumfang

* Aktiver Verkauf von Serviceleistungen, Zubehör und Zusatzangeboten

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit

* Pflege von Kunden- und Fahrzeugdaten im System

Stellenanforderungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Automobilbereich

* Einschlägige Erfahrung im Kundenservice

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit professionellem Auftreten

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Fahrzeugen

* Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und MS Office

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind eine Grundvorraussetzung für diese Position, sowie weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Arbeitszeit: Vollzeitbeschäftigung

* Arbeitsort: Wien (in 1230 Wien, 1220 Wien, 1030 Wien, 1110 Wien und 1130 Wien)

* Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

* Verdienst: 2.727,4 € pro Monat
