Deine Aufgaben

* selbständige Abwicklung des Schaltergeschäftes

* Auskunft und Beratung zu unseren Bankdienstleistungen und Produkten

* Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen in der Welt des Online-Bankings

* Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und bedarfsorientierte Kundenberatung

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Verkaufserfahrung von Vorteil

* sympathisches Auftreten und Freude im Umgang mit Kund:innen

* kommunikative, begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* selbständiges, lösungs- und zielorientiertes Arbeiten

* Verlässlichkeit und Engagement

* Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
