Wir suchen 1 Serviceberater (m/w/d) Startdatum: ab sofort

Standort: Wörgl

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

* Auftragsannahme und technische Beratung der Kunden

* Durchführung von Dialogannahmen und Fahrzeugdiagnosen

* Digitale Terminierung und Einteilung der auszuführenden Arbeiten

* Kalkulation von Kostenvoranschlägen, kaufmännische Reparaturerweiterung inkl. Einholung der Freigabe beim Kunden

* Garantieabwicklung und Entscheidung von Gewährleistungsfällen

* Abstimmung der Reparaturdauer mit Kunden und Fahrzeugrückgabe

* Rücksprache des Reparaturumfangs sowie der Rechnung mit dem Kunden inkl. Informationen über Wartungen und Reparaturen

* Administrative Aufgaben (u.a. Führen von Abrechnungsunterlagen, Bonitätsprüfung...)

* Wahrung der Arbeitssicherheit und des Ordnungsstandes

Das erwarten wir von Ihnen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Serviceberater bzw. technische Berufsausbildung in der Fahrzeugbranche

* Kenntnisse in der Nutzfahrzeugtechnik sowie Meisterbrief vom Vorteil

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Meister/Serviceberater von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP, ESA, TKP) und hohe IT-Affinität

* Hohes Engagement und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Zusatzinformation

Für diese Position gilt ein KV-Mindestgehalt von monatlich EUR 3.519,91 brutto, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
