Jij zorgt ervoor dat meldingen correct worden geregistreerd, werkzaamheden administratief goed worden verwerkt en monteurs beschikken over de juiste informatie om hun werkzaamheden efficiënt uit te voeren. Vanuit ons volledig vernieuwde en duurzame kantoor in Eindhoven werk je samen met een betrokken team van technische specialisten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, organisatietalent en gevoel voor techniek verlopen de processen binnen de servicedesk soepel en gestructureerd. Jouw baan als Servicecoördinator Als Servicecoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en administratieve ondersteuning van de servicedesk. Je vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die storingen, serviceverzoeken of technische vragen melden. Je registreert meldingen zorgvuldig in het systeem, beoordeelt de benodigde opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste informatie tijdig bij de monteurs terechtkomt. Je bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden, verwerkt service- en storingsopdrachten administratief en onderhoudt contact met klanten over de status van hun melding. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze zijn dossiers compleet, afspraken duidelijk vastgelegd en kan de serviceteam efficiënt werken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aannemen, registreren en administratief verwerken van storings- en servicemeldingen. - Ondersteunen van monteurs met technische en administratieve informatie. - Omzetten van meldingen naar werkopdrachten en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking in het systeem. - Bewaken van de voortgang van storingen, onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden. - Verwerken van rapportage...
