Werken bij Elmec Servicecoördinator Hijs jouw kennis naar een hoger niveau Belfeld | MBO | Voor onze afdeling Certificeren & Inspecteren (C&I) zijn wij op zoek naar een daadkrachtige en ondernemende Servicecoördinator. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en planning van onze certificerings- en inspectiemonteurs, maar speel je ook een belangrijke rol in het verder uitbouwen van de afdeling. Je combineert operationele coördinatie met commerciële activiteiten, procesverbetering en kwaliteitsbewaking. Hierdoor ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, monteurs, wet- en regelgeving en de verdere groei van de afdeling. Het betreft een job voor 40 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Als Servicecoördinator C&I ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Coördinatie & planning - Plannen, organiseren en aansturen van certificerings- en inspectiewerkzaamheden. - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte inzet van monteurs. - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, monteurs en interne afdelingen. Sales & relatiebeheer - Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en marktkansen. - Acquireren van nieuwe opdrachten via warme en koude leads. - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze omzetten in concrete opdrachten. Procesverbetering & projecten - Initiëren, begeleiden en trekken van verbeterprojecten binnen de afdeling. - Optimaliseren van systemen, werkprocessen en registraties. - Meedenken over efficiëntere werkwijzen voor monteurs en kantoororganisatie. - Opstellen en bewaken van procedures en werkafspraken. Kwaliteit, veiligheid & regelgeving - Op de hoogte blijven van relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen het vakgebied. - Vertalen van wijzigingen naar de organisatie en zorgen voor implementatie. - Bewaken van certificeringen, keurmerken en geldige bevoegdheden. - Ondersteunen bij veilighe...
