Als Servicecoördinator bij Schell Industries ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten, servicemonteurs en interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud, reparaties en storingen goed worden opgepakt en dat zowel klanten als monteurs weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Tevens draag je zorg voor de verwerking van bestellingen en geef je antwoord op vragen van klanten. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en vragen om overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Het aannemen en verwerken van serviceaanvragen, onderhoudsverzoeken en storingen; • Het efficiënt plannen en ondersteunen van onze servicemonteurs; • Het snel schakelen bij onverwachte wijzigingen of spoedvragen; • Het onderhouden van contact met klanten over werkzaamheden en voortgang; • Het opstellen en verwerken van offertes, orders en orderbevestigingen; • Het inkopen en administratief verwerken van serviceonderdelen; • Het beantwoorden van klantvragen en zoeken naar passende oplossingen. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze serviceafdeling soepel draait en klanten goed geholpen worden. Bij ons gebeurt veel onder één dak. Je hebt dagelijks contact met kantoor, service, productie en logistiek en schakelt daarnaast met klanten door heel Nederland. Daardoor zit je dicht op de praktijk en zie je ook wat er daadwerkelijk wordt gemaakt, geleverd en onderhouden. Dat maakt de werkomgeving afwisselend, dynamisch en persoonlijk.
