Jij coördineert alle service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, zodat iedere klus succesvol wordt geklaard. Waar ga je werken? Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal opererende speler binnen de maritieme sector welke richt zich op het ontwikkelen, integreren en onderhouden van geavanceerde navigatie-, communicatie- en automatiseringssystemen voor de scheepvaart. Vanuit een sterke focus op innovatie en betrouwbaarheid levert zij maatwerkoplossingen voor zowel zeevaart als binnenvaart. In totaal bestaat het bedrijf uit meer dan tweehonderd medewerkers, waarvan ongeveer twintig medewerkers specifiek op de afdeling binnenvaart. Hier wordt nauw samengewerkt met klanten en partners om systemen te leveren die bijdragen aan veilige, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige operaties aan boord van schepen. Ondanks het internationale en professionele karakter voelt de organisatie als familiebedrijf. Het bedrijf organiseert regelmatig activiteiten om de onderlinge band en teamspirit te versterken. Wat ga je doen? Samen met jouw twee directe collega's van de afdeling zorg jij ervoor dat de gehele coördinatie van binnenkomende serviceverzoeken zorgvuldig worden opgepakt. Als Service Coördinator ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de Service Engineers met als doel hen van de juiste informatie te voorzien zodat de werkzaamheden optimaal verlopen. Als er een service/onderhoudsmelding is binnengekomen, maak je de order aan en schat je samen met de afdeling Technical Support zo goed mogelijk in wat er nodig is om de klus te klaren. Je houdt je dagelijks bezig met diverse werkzaamheden, waaronder: - Het aannemen van serviceverzoeken - Inplannen en aansturen van Service Engineers en serv...
