Als Servicecoördinator ben jij hét aanspreekpunt in de nazorgfase van bouwprojecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat garantie‑ en servicemeldingen zorgvuldig, veilig en klantgericht worden opgepakt. Dankzij jouw overzicht, technische kennis en communicatie ervaren klanten ook ná oplevering dezelfde kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid als tijdens de bouw. Je coördineert voornamelijk garantieopdrachten en schakelt continu tussen klant, uitvoering en interne collega's. Waar nodig ondersteun je bij betaalde serviceopdrachten, zodat het team flexibel inzetbaar blijft. Je analyseert meldingen, beoordeelt urgentie en oorzaak en vertaalt dit naar een duidelijke aanpak en planning. Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor, stemt af met uitvoerend personeel, onderaannemers en leveranciers en bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je bent regelmatig op de bouwplaats aanwezig en geeft heldere instructies aan monteurs en partners. Tijdens het hele traject houd je nauw contact met de klant en zorg je voor duidelijke updates over status en afronding. Je bewaakt doorlooptijden, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat elk dossier netjes en volledig wordt afgerond. Wat wij bieden Een baan hebben waar je blij van wordt en die écht bij je past.
