Kuijpers Servicecoördinator Nijmegen Gelderland Diverse Ben jij de energieke collega die op zoek is naar een communicatieve rol, waarin je veel schakelt met klanten, leveranciers en collega's? Solliciteer dan op de rol van Servicecoördinator bij ons team in Nijmegen. Mijn baan In mijn rol als Servicecoördinator ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen, voorbereiden, opvolgen en afmelden van storingswerkzaamheden . Uiteraard houd ik hierbij rekening met het efficiënt inzetten van eigen personeel en mogelijk ingehuurde specialisten. Dit doe ik niet alleen, maar samen met mijn team die bestaat uit twee Servicecoördinatoren en vier Technisch Beheerders. Samen met hen zorg ik voor medewerkerstevredenheid en een efficiënte dienstverlening bij de klanten. Met hen verzorg ik eerstelijns (elektro- en werktuigbouwkundige) storingsdiagnose op afstand en stuur, wanneer dat nodig is, de monteurs goed voorbereid richting de klant. Wanneer nodig weet ik duidelijk prioriteiten te stellen en breng ik wijzigingen aan in de planning om zo tot een vlotte en professionele afhandeling te komen. Ik handel volgens de gemaakte contractuele afspraken en ben scherp op het signaleren van afwijkingen . Daarnaast verricht ik licht administratief werk en voer ik verbeterprocessen door binnen de afdeling. Ons team Bij de servicevestiging van Kuijpers in Nijmegen werk je samen met een hecht en betrokken team van circa 40 collega's . De werkomgeving is toegankelijk en professioneel tegelijk: we werken hard samen, maar in een ontspannen en informele sfeer. We hebben oog voor elkaar, delen successen en houden rekening met ieders privésituatie. Daarom is flexibiliteit in werktijden bij ons heel normaal. Je bent actief voor regio Nijmegen/Arnhem en werkt voor een vaste groep trouwe klanten.
