Voor een woningcorporatie in de Randstad zoeken wij een servicecoördinator reparatie. Je bent de spil tussen bewoners en vaklieden en zorgt ervoor dat kleine bouwkundige reparaties vlot, netjes en vakkundig worden afgehandeld. Geen dag is hetzelfde: vandaag een lekkage in Rotterdam, morgen houtrot in een kozijn en overmorgen een tegelvloer die loslaat. Net klaar met je opleiding Bouwkunde en wil je echt het vak in? Samen met een vast team van timmermannen, loodgieters, tegelzetters en stukadoors zorg jij dat elke melding de juiste opvolging krijgt. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Beoordelen en uitzetten van reparatieverzoeken van bewoners; - Inplannen van de juiste vakman op het juiste moment; - Op locatie kijken wat er aan de hand is en meedenken over de beste oplossing; - Contact onderhouden met bewoners, zodat zij weten waar ze aan toe zijn; - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en afhandeling van reparaties; - Bestellen van materialen en afstemmen met leveranciers; - Bijhouden van de administratie in het onderhoudssysteem. Je werkt deels op kantoor en deels in de wijk. Zo houd je overzicht én blijf je dicht bij de praktijk. Woningcorporaties zorgen voor betaalbaar wonen voor duizenden mensen.
