Ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken wij een enthousiaste Servicecoördinator Scherminstallaties en onderhoud. Zin in een nieuwe uitdaging? Functieomschrijving M/V Fulltime Luiten Greenhouses B.V. werkt wereldwijd aan het leveren en installeren van tuinbouwprojecten, productiekassen, scherm- en beluchtingsinstallaties. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in het realiseren van turnkeyprojecten in de tuinbouw- en tuincentrumbranche. In deze afwisselende functie als Servicecoördinator Scherminstallaties en Onderhoud ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om service, onderhoud en storingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze monteurs efficiënt worden ingepland, dat de juiste materialen beschikbaar zijn en dat de klant tijdig en duidelijk wordt geïnformeerd. Ben jij toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging en heb je zin in een zelfstandige en veelzijdige functie? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou! Wat ga je doen : - Coördineren en plannen van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten over lopende en geplande serviceverzoeken; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van het serviceteam (monteurs); - Registreren en afhandelen van servicemeldingen in ons ERP-systeem; - Opstellen van serviceoffertes en servicerapportages; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in processen en klanttevredenheid.
