Wat doe je als Servicecoördinator WTB? Als Servicecoördinator WTB ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, plant de inzet van servicetechnici en bewaakt de volledige cyclus van storingsmelding tot facturatie. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en technisch inzicht verlopen processen soepel.

- Coördineren en plannen van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan installaties

- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij storingen en vragen

- Aansturen en ondersteunen van servicetechnici in de uitvoering

- Bewaken van servicetrajecten van storingsmelding tot facturatie

- Zorgdragen voor correcte administratieve afhandeling en rapportage

- Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in het serviceproces

Ben jij onze nieuwe Servicecoördinator WTB?

- MBO niveau 4 of hoger, bij voorkeur richting Installatietechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde

- Ervaring in een coördinerende of plannende functie binnen de installatietechniek of utiliteit

- Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met werktuigbouwkundige installaties

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling

- Stressbestendig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
