Start als Servicedesk Coördinator bij KPN in Hoofddorp! YoungCapital Beschrijving Coördineer incidenten en bewaak de IT-dienstverlening voor Holland Casino, met focus op kwaliteit, SLA's, KPI's en procesverbetering. Wat ga je doen? Als Servicedesk Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening aan Holland Casino. Je houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse operatie, bewaakt SLA's en KPI's en zorgt dat incidenten en escalaties op de juiste manier worden opgevolgd. Wat ga je doen? Je coördineert bij Major Incidents (P1) het proces en stemt af met de verschillende oplosgroepen, de klant en interne stakeholders. Daarnaast signaleer je trends, knelpunten en verbeterkansen binnen de dienstverlening. Je vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen, begeleidt de uitvoering en bewaakt de voortgang en resultaten. Ook ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klant, Service Level Management, Major Incident Management en Problem Management. Je monitort de workload, stuurt waar nodig bij en ondersteunt medewerkers bij een goede procesgang en kwaliteit. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van ticketregistraties, neem je deel aan operationele overleggen en bereid je ketenoverleggen voor. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 3.700,00 tot € 4.800,00 bruto per maand obv 40 uur; - Een uitdagende opdracht binnen een IT-omgeving bij Holland Casino. - Ruimte om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen IT Service Management en incidentcoördinatie. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als Servicedesk Coördinator of in een vergelijkbare functie, met kennis van ITIL-processen en ervaring met incidentmanagement binnen een complexe IT-omgeving. - Ervaring met ServiceNow en het bewaken van SLA's, KPI's en ticketregistraties, aangevuld met sterke analytische en communicatieve vaa...
