Bij onze internationale organisatie in Houten ben jij als Servicedesk Consultant het persoonlijke gezicht richting onze klanten in Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk. Jij luistert aandachtig naar hun vragen, denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat organisaties altijd zorgeloos door kunnen werken met hun software. Wat worden jouw taken? - Telefonisch en via het TopDesk-portaal te woord staan van gebruikers. - Verduidelijken van functionele vragen over de software-omgevingen. - Afstemmen van oplossingen met de Customer Success Managers in je team. - Zorgdragen voor een heldere en duidelijke terugkoppeling naar de klant. Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die makkelijk verbinding maakt en altijd denkt in oplossingen. Je schroomt niet om de telefoon op te pakken, legt zaken helder uit en weet ook bij complexere vragen de rust te bewaren. Je bent een luisterend oor en streeft bij elke case naar maximale klanttevredenheid. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 3.500,00 tot € 4.300,00 bruto per maand; - Prestatiegerichte en winstafhankelijke bonusuitkering in maart. - Flexibiliteit met thuiswerkmogelijkheden en een Workation-regeling. - Tot wel 35 vakantiedagen per jaar op fulltime basis. - Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur binnen een prettige en informele organisatie. - Een laptop en mobiele telefoon die je privé mag gebruiken. - Dagelijks een gratis, goed verzorgde en gezonde lunch op kantoor in Houten.
