ATTComputer wordt gevormd door een compact, hecht team van gedreven ICT-specialisten. Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Servicedesk Engineer die klanten ondersteunt bij hun dagelijkse IT-vraagstukken en samen met collega's werkt aan betrouwbare en professionele ICT-oplossingen. Werken bij ATTComputer betekent dat je allround bent, veel persoonlijk contact hebt met klanten, nauw samenwerkt met je collega's en geen last hebt van al te veel formele structuren en hiërarchie. We werken allemaal samen aan onze projecten. Onze klanten zijn veelal zakelijke dienstverleners, zoals advocatenpraktijken en administratiekantoren. Bedrijven die moeten kunnen vertrouwen op hun ICT-systemen. Of het nu om integrale Cloud-oplossingen of om servergebonden systemen gaat. We werken serieus hard, maar er wordt ook veel gelachen! Wat breng jij? Functie-eisen en wensen We zijn op zoek naar een doener met een positieve hands-on, gedreven en enthousiaste mentaliteit. Wat verder nodig is om deze functie succesvol in te kunnen vullen is: - Opleiding MBO niveau 4 ICT of een HBO opleiding richting ICT; - Relevante werkervaring (2-3 jaar); - ICT kennis en ervaring op functionele en technische vlak. Specifiek: - Windows besturingssystemen (servers en werkstations) - Kennis van routeringen, VLAN, GPO, DHCP, VPN en firewalls - Kennis van Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) - Goede communicatieve en didactische vaardigheden; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
