Je komt terecht in een compact en betrokken IT-team waar jouw ideeën worden gewaardeerd en je direct impact hebt op de organisatie Wat ga je doen Als Servicedesk Engineer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vraagstukken. Je ondersteunt collega's bij dagelijkse IT-uitdagingen en pakt daarnaast complexere incidenten zelfstandig op. Je kijkt verder dan de melding en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen van de IT-omgeving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Registreren, analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en serviceverzoeken (1e en 2e lijn); - Ondersteunen van gebruikers binnen de digitale werkplek (Microsoft 365, laptops, mobiele apparaten en printers); - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, autorisaties en de volledige in-, door- en uitstroom; - Samenwerken met interne collega's, externe IT-partners en leveranciers; - Signaleren van terugkerende verstoringen en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen; - Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen, werkplekken en IT-dienstverlening; - Opstellen en ver...
