Voor een organisatie in Zoetermeer zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Servicedesk Medewerker. In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen en zorg je ervoor dat gebruikers snel weer aan de slag kunnen. Wil jij werken in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is én jezelf blijven ontwikkelen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Bij igen staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen €2.600,- en €3.000,-, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Leaseauto of volledige reiskostenvergoeding; - Uitgebreide opleidings- en certificeringsmogelijkheden, zoals ITIL, Microsoft 365 en Azure; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en een ontwikkelplan afgestemd op jouw ambities; - Afwisselende opdrachten bij toonaangevende organisaties in Zoetermeer en omgeving; - Een betrokken organisatie waarin jij geen nummertje bent, maar een collega. Over de rol Als Servicedesk Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers met IT-vragen en storingen. Je registreert, analyseert en lost incidenten op of schakelt waar nodig met gespecialiseerde collega's. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte houding en technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat de IT-dienstverlening soepel blijft verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aannemen, registreren en afhandelen van 1e lijns incidenten en serviceverzoeken; - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij hardware-, software- en Microsoft 365-vraagstukken; - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts en autorisaties binnen Active Directory; - Registreren en opvolgen van meldingen in een ticketsysteem, zoals TOPdesk of ServiceNow; - Escaleren van complexe incidenten naar de 2e lijn en bewaken van de voortga...
