Als Servicedeskmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en het gezicht van onze IT-support. Jij zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers snel weer verder kunnen, en doet dat met flair, kennis en een flinke dosis oplossingsgerichtheid. - Je weet waar je over praat en deelt je kennis op een toegankelijke manier. - Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en houdt klanten actief op de hoogte van de voortgang. - Heldere communicatie is jouw tweede natuur. - Je bent daadkrachtig en werkt samen met collega's om problemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 ICT-opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare 2e lijns supportfunctie. - Je hebt kennis van Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networking, Microsoft 365 en Exchange. - Je bent sociaal, communicatief sterk en denkt in oplossingen. - Je zet graag dat stapje extra voor collega's en klanten.
