Ook ontwikkelden we de eerste paslezer voor kentekens, wat veel handmatig werk bespaart voor onze klanten. Bij Autoflex blijven we ons continu ontwikkelen om de mobiliteitssector verder te digitaliseren en te optimaliseren. Wat ga je doen? Als administratief medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen ons bedrijf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen soepel verlopen en ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Algemene administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden - Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en e-mail - Ondersteuning bieden aan de afdelingen Sales en Financieel - Het bijhouden van administratieve dossiers en klantgegevens - Het voorbereiden van facturen en het verwerken van betalingen Wat zoeken wij? - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail - Ervaring met Microsoft Office en Exact Online is een pre - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar ook samenwerken in ...
