Je helpt hen snel weer op weg, houdt overzicht over openstaande meldingen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere vraag netjes wordt opgepakt en afgehandeld. Wat ga je doen? - Je analyseert en lost eerstelijns IT-incidenten op; - Je maakt werkplekken gebruiksklaar en configureert de benodigde apparatuur; - Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij vragen over Microsoft 365 ; - Je registreert, beheert en bewaakt meldingen in het ticketsysteem; - Je schakelt complexere incidenten door naar de juiste specialist en houdt de voortgang in de gaten.
