Wat je gaat doen Als IT Servicedesk medewerker heb je de taak om klanten en/of collega's te voorzien van IT-ondersteuning. Je zult problemen identificeren, registreren en oplossen door zowel je technische expertise als je communicatieve vaardigheden in te zetten. Dit alles met als doel om de tevredenheid te waarborgen. Bovendien ben je betrokken bij het installeren en configureren van diverse hardware- en softwarecomponenten, en werk je samen met je team om alle systemen up-to-date te houden.
