Je combineert het zijn van het eerste aanspreekpunt met commercieel meedenken. Als servicedesk medewerker handel je e-mailtickets af en sta je relaties telefonisch te woord. Je helpt zowel nieuwe als vertrouwde klanten met zeer uiteenlopende vragen. Door de juiste vragen te stellen, herken je verkoopkansen en beweeg je soepel met de klant mee. Je werkt daarbij met verschillende tools, zoals Jira, en maakt gebruik van AI om je werk slimmer en efficiënter te doen. Je denkt op hbo-niveau en leert graag elke dag iets nieuws. Je schrikt niet terug van uitzoekwerk en weet ingewikkelde zaken snel te ontleden. Je communicatie is altijd helder, vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. Of je nu wel of geen technische kennis meebrengt: jouw motivatie om alles te leren staat voorop. Wil je je daarnaast verder ontwikkelen richting de techniek? Dan is daar binnen deze functie ook ruimte voor. Je start met een uitgebreid inwerktraject met volop ruimte om door te groeien. Om de producten volledig te leren kennen, word je stapsgewijs ingewerkt en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden. Vanuit daar kun je je verder ontwikkelen binnen de servicedesk en, als je dat interessant vindt, ook meer de technische kant op.
