Je registreert en behandelt binnenkomende meldingen via het ticketsysteem, zorgt voor een snelle en klantvriendelijke oplossing en houdt gebruikers op de hoogte van de voortgang. In sommige projecten werk je nauw samen met collega's van systeembeheer of projectteams. Denk hierbij aan het ondersteunen bij migraties of het signaleren van verbeterpunten in processen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Registreren en afhandelen van IT-meldingen via een ticketsysteem - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij vragen over Windows 10, Office 365 en inlogproblemen - Statusbewaking en duidelijke communicatie richting ...
