Wij zijn op zoek naar een Facilitair Servicedesk Medewerker. Als Servicedesk Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze diverse klanten. Je staat klaar om facilitaire vragen te beantwoorden, problemen op te lossen en ondersteuning te bieden. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen en afhandelen van meldingen, storingen, aanvragen en klachten van onze klanten; - Je verwerkt deze meldingen nauwkeurig in ons systeem en zorgt voor een snelle opvolging. Is een aanvraag niet compleet? Dan zorg jij dat deze melding compleet wordt gemaakt! - Je schakelt met externe partijen / monteurs om problemen snel en adequaat op te lossen; - Je bent in staat om prioriteiten stellen waarbij je bij urgente situaties direct actie onderneemt om de klant te helpen; - Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en deelt deze met de klanten; - Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan je collega's en indien nodig spring je in bij onze receptie op het hoofdkantoor. Wie ben jij? - Gastvrijheid zit in jouw DNA; - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo4 of hbo-opleiding; - Facilitaire kennis een een pré, maar niet noodzakelijk; - Je bent een echte aanpakker en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen; - Je bent zelfstandig en proactief; - Je kijkt altijd welke werkzaamheden nog opgepakt kunnen worden; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto salaris tussen de € 2800 en € 3300 per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, gebaseerd op je kennis en ervaring; - Een afwisselende werkweek tussen de 32 en 40 uur, waarbij onze voorkeur uitgaat naar 40 uur op dit moment; - Werktijden van 08.00 - 16.30 uur; - Een functie voor langere termijn met mooie doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, ook ...
