Servicedesk Medewerker Ben jij graag het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en krijg je energie van het oplossen van ICT-vragen? Als Servicedeskmedewerker bij Theiner ICT help je klanten vanuit ons kantoor in Veghel met uiteenlopende vragen en storingen. Je analyseert wat er aan de hand is, zoekt naar een passende oplossing en zorgt ervoor dat de klant snel weer verder kan. Dit ga je doen Als Servicedeskmedewerker ben jij vaak degene die onze klanten als eerste spreken wanneer ze een ICT-vraag hebben. Vanuit ons kantoor in Veghel help je klanten telefonisch, per mail of door op afstand mee te kijken. Je analyseert wat er aan de hand is, zoekt naar een passende oplossing en zorgt ervoor dat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met je collega's en leg je alles duidelijk vast in ons ticketsysteem. - Analyseren en oplossen van eerstelijns ICT-vragen en onderzoeken van verschillende oplossingsrichtingen. - Beheren van de Servicedesk-queue, prioriteiten stellen en de voortgang van je eigen werkzaamheden bewaken. - Klanten ondersteunen en adviseren via telefoon en mail, waarbij je duidelijk communiceert over de aanpak, oplossing en verwachtingen. - Klanten opvolgen om te controleren of het probleem is opgelost en eventuele commerciële kansen signaleren. - Minder ervaren collega's begeleiden, kennis en ervaringen delen en actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van onze werkwijze. Wat wij zoeken Je vindt het leuk om klanten te helpen en kunt technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uitleggen. Daarbij kun je snel schakelen tussen verschillende vragen en houd je overzicht over je eigen werkzaamheden. - Minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau, waarbij een afgeronde mbo-opleiding ICT Beheer niveau 4 een pré is. - Basiskennis van werkplek-, server- en netwerkbeheer. - Ervaring met Windows, netwerken, hardware en Microsoft-producten, waaronder Microsoft 365. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondelin...
