Als fulltime servicedesk medewerker bij Unica kom je te werken in het kloppend hart van een van de grootste technische dienstverleners van Nederland. Zodra er een acute melding binnenkomt van een urgente storing, denk aan een liftopsluiting waarbij mensen vastzitten of een CV-ketel die uitvalt tijdens een koude winternacht, ben jij de rustige en daadkrachtige stem die de klant als eerste te woord staat. Wat worden jouw taken? - Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten bij acute technische storingen, zowel telefonisch als per mail; - Schakelen met planners en monteurs door heel Nederland voor snelle hulp op locatie; - In de avond- en nachtdiensten zelfstandig monteurs inplannen en onderdelen bestellen; - Bewaken van de voortgang van storingsmeldingen tot aan een succesvolle afhandeling. Schakelen op de 24/7 servicedesk Op de servicedesk werk je in een dynamische 5-ploegendienst met een 24/7 rooster dat altijd een maand van tevoren bekend is. Overdag werk je nauw samen met gedreven collega's op de afdeling en vlieg je samen door de meldingen heen. In de late avond en nacht pak jij de rol van de ultieme allrounder op. Je neemt storingen aan, stelt nauwkeurige vragen, bestelt waar nodig onderdelen en plant zelfstandig de monteur in die je direct aanstuurt. Je bent op dat moment frontoffice, backoffice en planner in één. Hybride werken en topbegeleiding Bij Unica sta je er nooit alleen voor.
