Lees dan verder! Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Servicedesk Medewerker ICT. In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze veelal agrarische klanten. Je ondersteunt deze klanten met hun (bedrijfskritische) Windows-systemen, IP-camera's en recorders, cloud managed netwerken en Microsoft 365. Jij zorgt ervoor dat incidenten snel, correct en klantgericht worden opgepakt en opgelost. Door gericht door te vragen, kom je snel tot de kern van het probleem en bied je passende oplossingen. Soms moet je hiervoor creatief zijn omdat de techniek draait in een uitdagende agrarische omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen de servicedesk en zorgt ervoor dat meldingen tijdig worden opgepakt en afgehandeld. Ook ben jij degene die op basis van een goede inventarisatie bepaalt of een storingsbezoek voor onze buitendienst ingepland moet worden. Met de juiste informatie vanuit jouw inventarisatie kunnen zij het probleem op locatie snel en doelgericht oplossen. Daarnaast werken we met monitoringssystemen die de werking van onze diensten bewaken. Het is jouw taak om deze systemen in de gaten te houden en waar nodig de juiste opvolging te geven aan de verstoring. Kortom: jij bent een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en ons team.
