Dan zoeken wij jou! - Werken bij - Servicedesk medewerker / Support Engineer Groningen 36 - 40 uur € 2.860 - € 3.891 Wat ga je doen als Support Engineer? Als Support Engineer ben je voornamelijk werkzaam op de Servicedesk, maar je kunt ook werkzaamheden verrichten bij klanten op locatie. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt van onze klanten en bent als geen ander in staat om de klant een positief gevoel over dit contact te laten houden. Elke melding is een ticket waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk bent: je beantwoordt telefonische vragen, behandelt e-mails en lost vraagstukken op, eventueel samen met de Engineers. Bij problemen kom je met passende oplossingen. Deze kennis deel je niet alleen in werkoverleggen, maar leg je ook vast in onze kennisbank. Kortom, samen met je collega's overtref je de verwachtingen van onze klanten. Daarnaast vinden wij het belangrijk dat je oog hebt voor verbetering. Hoe kunnen we het team nog beter tot zijn recht laten komen? Je ziet de mogelijkheden voor optimalisatie en kan dit vertalen naar concrete verbeterpunten. Hierin weet je het team mee te krijgen en dit breder te communiceren. Waar nodig zoek je de samenwerking en afstemming op met de andere teams. Wie ben jij - Je bent een enthousiast en energiek persoon; - Je bent van nature klantgericht (en dat is te horen in je gesprekken); - Communicatief ben je ijzersterk; - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden; - Je neemt nieuwe informatie snel op en ontwikkelt jezelf snel; - Je hebt een oplossings- en kwaliteitsgerichte instelling; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook onder druk.
