In deze functie ben jij het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten die een storing of probleem ervaren met hun machine. Jij duikt in de melding, achterhaalt de oorzaak en zoekt naar de juiste oplossing. Soms los je het direct op afstand op, soms schakel je een specialist in of zet je de vraag door naar een andere afdeling. Dit doe je allemaal vanachter de computer waarbij je dus veel telefonisch klantcontact hebt! Het mooie? Je hoeft echt nog geen expert te zijn. Tijdens een uitgebreid inwerktraject van ongeveer zes maanden leer je stap voor stap één specifiek machinemerk kennen. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te lopen op verschillende afdelingen, zodat je de organisatie én de techniek goed leert begrijpen. Werkzaamheden - Je analyseert storingen en technische vragen die binnenkomen via de servicedesk; - Je probeert problemen op afstand op te lossen en denkt mee met de klant; - Je schakelt met collega's van de tweede lijn of de afdeling onderdelenverkoop wanneer dat nodig is; - Je verwerkt meldingen nauwkeurig en bewaakt de voortgang van tickets; - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, monteurs en soms leveranciers.
