JAM Servicedesk Medewerker Wonen in Eindhoven solliciteer - Eindhoven - 32 - 40 uur per week - €2650 - €3700 per maand - Klantenservice - MBO 3/4 Wat je gaat doen Als Servicedesk Medewerker Vastgoed in Eindhoven ga je geen uitdaging uit de weg! Jij zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsproblemen snel worden opgelost, bewoners tevreden zijn en reparaties soepel verlopen. Je hoeft zelf niet met gereedschap aan de slag om een lekkage op te lossen. Jij weet precies wie je moet inschakelen! Is de verwarming kapot? Dan bel je de juiste vakman. Werkt de inductiekookplaat niet meer? Dan schakel je een elektricien in. Jij regelt dat de juiste partij aan de slag gaat en houdt alles in beweging. Zo zorg je er elke dag voor dat duizenden huurders snel geholpen worden en weer zorgeloos kunnen wonen! Werkzaamheden: - Je gaat onderhoudsverzoeken beoordelen in het ticketsysteem en de juiste acties uitzetten; - Je gaat reparaties plannen en deadlines bewaken; - Je gaat communiceren met bewoners en leveranciers; - Je gaat de voortgang en kwaliteit van werkzaamheden controleren; - Je gaat inspecties uitvoeren en onderhoudsgegevens vastleggen!
