< p>Jobfinity - Over Jobfinity - Werken bij Jobfinity Servicedeskmedewerker 1e lijn Haarlem 40 uur MBO 4 ICT 1 - 2 Servicedeskmedewerker 1e lijn Haarlem Voor onze opdrachtgever in Haarlem, die IT diensten levert aan haar klanten, zijn wij op zoek naar een 1e lijns servicedeskmedewerker voor 3-5 dagen per week. Je bent het eerste aanspreek punt voor de klanten, en door de juiste vragen te stellen zullen de meeste vragen/problemen door jou worden opgelost. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het telefonisch of per e-mail aannemen van vragen/incidenten van eindgebruikers; - Je registreert vragen/incidenten van eindgebruikers en lost deze op of zet deze door aan collega's op de tweede lijn; - Vastleggen van storingen, wensen en het maken van gespreksnotities; - Bijhouden van een logboek met de informatieverzoeken, problemen en oplossingen; - Het bewaken van de status van gemelde problemen en de communicatie met de betreffende eindgebruiker; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse installaties, controles op servers/werkstations. Wat vragen wij - Een afgeronde ICT opleiding MBO niveau 4; - Enige ervaring in soortgelijke rol; - Kennis en ervaring met Microsoft Office programma's, Windows 10, AD, Office365; - Pre: kennis van MacOS, Android, IOS; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal zowel in woord als geschrift; - Je kan jezelf goed verstaanbaar maken in het Engels; - Rijbewijs B. Overige informatie - Locatie: Haarlem; - Inzet: 24 - 40 uur per week; - Duur: 3 maanden, met optie tot verlenging; - Startdatum: zo snel mogelijk.
