Maar dan wel vanuit een kleine, professionele en bevlogen club, met een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Je voelt je er direct thuis! Wat doe je als Servicedeskmedewerker bij Gemba? Onze klanten werken met IBM Maximo en de Maximo Application Suite (MAS): krachtige oplossingen voor Enterprise Asset Management en Service Management. Als Servicedeskmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen, incidenten of wijzigingsverzoeken. Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat iedere melding duidelijk wordt vastgelegd en opgevolgd. Je probeert meldingen zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op te lossen. Is specialistische kennis nodig? Dan schakel je met onze functionele of technische consultants. Ook daarna blijf jij betrokken: je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt de klant op de hoogte en controleert of de oplossing daadwerkelijk aan de verwachtingen voldoet. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ontvangen, registreren en beoordelen van vragen en incidenten; - Doorvragen om de vraag of het probleem van de klant goed te begrijpen; - Classificeren en prioriteren van meldingen; - Zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen van eerstelijnsmeldingen; - Doorzetten van complexere meldingen naar de juiste collega; - Bewaken van doorlooptijden, afspraken en opvolging; - Proactief informeren van klanten over de status en voortgang; - Controleren of de geleverde oplossing het probleem daadwerkelijk verhelpt; - Vastleggen van oplossingen en aanvullen van de kennisbank; - Bijhouden en verbeteren van procedures en werkinstructies; - Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en mogelijke verbeteringen; - Meedenken over de verdere professionalisering van onze servicedesk.
