Dan nodigen wij jou uit om te solliciteren bij De Rooi Pannen. We zoeken een nieuwe collega bij de centrale dienst ICT in Tilburg. Wat ga je doen Samen met jouw collega's neem je eerstelijnstaken voor je rekening. Daarbij verricht je alle taken van een skilled servicedeskmedewerker: - Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor allerlei ICT-vragen vanuit de medewerkers ICT op de scholen. - Meldingen in Topdesk aanmaken als je zelf de problemen niet op kunt lossen zodat jouw ICT-collega's in de tweede lijn het verder op kunnen pakken. Hierbij doe je vooraf wel een gedegen onderzoek en stel je je Topdesk melding met zorg samen met alle benodigde informatie die je al gevonden hebt. - Alle voorkomende ICT-incidenten registreren, behandelen, bewaken en oplossen. - Laptops en zakelijke smartphones inrichten en uitleveren. - Eenvoudige werkzaamheden in samenspraak met tweedelijns collega verrichten. - Instructies en gebruikershandleidingen schrijven. Wat breng je mee - Een afgeronde ICT-opleiding op mbo-niveau 4. - Enige relevante werkervaring. - Analytische vaardigheden. - Kennis van Microsoft 365, SharePoint en Teams; - Een flinke portie nieuwsgierigheid en heel veel zin om zaken uit te zoeken.
