Over de functie Als Servicedeskmedewerker / Werkplek- & Applicatiebeheerder heb je een veelzijdige ICT-functie waarin techniek, dienstverlening en digitalisering samenkomen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met ICT-vragen en -problemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat meldingen snel en goed worden opgepakt, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zoekt naar oplossingen die ook echt werken. Sommige problemen los je op afstand op, voor andere loop je even langs bij een collega. Kun je een probleem niet zelf oplossen? Dan zorg je ervoor dat de melding met de juiste informatie bij de juiste collega of afdeling terechtkomt en houd je de voortgang in de gaten. Maar jouw werk gaat verder dan alleen support. Je houdt je ook bezig met het inrichten en beheren van werkplekken en applicaties en denkt mee over hoe we onze ICT-omgeving slimmer en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen maken. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te werken aan digitalisering en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe functionaliteiten. Zie jij dat iets slimmer, eenvoudiger of efficiënter kan? Dan horen we dat graag.
