Je verwerkt de aanvragen die via TOPdesk binnenkomen. TOPdesk is ons servicemanagementsysteem voor het registreren, behandelen en opvolgen van bijvoorbeeld meldingen, vragen en verzoeken. Zo worden storingen opgelost en kunnen je collega's bij Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost (VRBZO) veilig en verantwoord hun werk doen. Jouw collega's moeten op je kunnen vertrouwen. Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar 2 nieuwe collega's. Voorbeelden van je werkzaamheden: - Jouw hoofdtaak is de Servicedesk beheren. Dat betekent meldingen verwerken in TOPdesk of een vergelijkbaar programma. - Je levert een bijdrage aan het team Huisvesting & Facilitair (H&F). - Je voert verschillende werkzaamheden uit binnen de Servicedesk, de regionale wasserij, voor de logistiek en voor huisvesting. - Je signaleert terugkerende uitdagingen en denkt mee over verbeteringen in het beheer en de dienstverlening. - Je ondersteunt bij bestellingen, het uitgeven van gebruiksgoederen en levert een bijdrage aan regionale projecten op het gebied van huisvesting en facilitaire zaken. - Je helpt mee met logistieke werkzaamheden en bent, wanneer nodig, ook buiten reguliere werktijden inzetbaar. De veiligheidsregio Nederland heeft 25 veiligheidsregio's. Die hebben een belangrijke taak: incidenten en crises voorkomen, beperken en bestrijden.
