Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Servicedeskmedewerker in Diemen Je deinst niet snel terug voor een uitdaging met het behandelen van IT problemen en klachten. Je probeert de problemen niet alleen op te lossen, maar ook voor te zijn, door de status van alle incidenten te bewaken en de klant goed op de hoogte te houden. Met deze proactieve houding stap je zelfverzekerd migratieprojecten in, waarin je zo nu en dan aan zult deelnemen. Naast dat je handig bent in de IT-wereld, ben je ook nauwkeurig en kun je met militaire precisie alle problemen zorgvuldig registreren in een ticketsysteem. Ook is het aan jou om duidelijke en overzichtelijke werkinstructies en gebruikershandleidingen op te stellen voor collega's en eindgebruikers.
