Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Jouw werkdag in Uden ziet eruit als volgt Je ondersteunt en begeleidt collega's van andere afdelingen en externe klanten. Je deinst niet snel terug voor een IT-uitdaging en probeert problemen niet alleen op te lossen, maar ook te voorkomen door de status van incidenten goed in de gaten te houden. Je bent ervaren in het installeren en configureren van soft- en hardware, voert updates en beveiligingspatches uit, en geeft gebruikers heldere instructies en tips om hun systemen optimaal te gebruiken. In samenwerking met andere IT-teams ga je aan de slag met complexere technische problemen, zoals netwerkstoringen en systeemupgrades. Met een klantgerichte aanpak en brede kennis zorg je ervoor dat IT-systemen soepel blijven draaien, zodat klanten en collega's zonder haperingen hun werk kunnen doen.
