Functieomschrijving Als Servicedeskmedewerker Telecom & Zorg maak je onderdeel uit van het servicedeskteam. Je ontvangt telecom-gerelateerde meldingen en lost deze doeltreffend op. Het gaat hierbij om uiteenlopende vragen en problemen op het gebied van mobiele en vaste telefonie én zorginstallaties. Vaak los je een probleem zelfstandig op, maar soms werk je ook samen met een collega. Naast je servicedeskwerkzaamheden bied je ook administratieve ondersteuning. Je pakt zaken snel op en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld. Je doet er alles aan om de klant tevreden te stellen. Als eerste aanspreekpunt hou je de klant proactief op de hoogte van de voortgang. Ben jij behulpzaam, hou je van afwisseling en heb je een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel?
