Wegbereiter:in sein

* Individuelle Betreuung der Gäste und Patient:innen (großteils 3 Wochen im Haus)

* Leitung des Serviceteams mit Erstellung des Dienstplans

* allgemeinen Serviceaufgaben (Tische eindecken und dekorieren, servieren von Getränken und Speisen, Betreuung des Bar- und Bistrobereiches, sowie diverser Tee- und Saftstationen) entsprechend unseren hohen Qualitätsansprüchen (Zusammenarbeit mit Diätologie und Küche)

* Unsere Dienstzeiten sind abwechslungsreich und liegen je nach Einsatz zwischen 06:00 und 20:00 Uhr, der Bardienst endet spätestens um 21:00 Uhr. Die Dienstplanung erfolgt bereits einen Monat im Voraus, sodass Sie Ihre Freizeit gut planen können. Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf eine verlässliche und faire Planung und berücksichtigen nach Möglichkeit Ihre persönlichen und familiären Bedürfnisse.

* Ich habe eine abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung und/oder praktische Erfahrung in der Gastronomie

* Idealerweise habe ich Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter:innenführung

* Ich arbeite selbstständig und gründlich

* Ich verfüge über fundierte Deutschkenntnisse

* Als kommunikative und offene Person ist mein Auftreten sympathisch und gepflegt
