Du liebst die Gastronomie, behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick und verstehst es, dein Team zu motivieren und zu begeistern? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Für unser Restaurant suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Serviceleitung (m/w/d), die mit Leidenschaft, Organisationstalent und Herz für unsere Gäste und unser Team da ist.

Deine Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Servicebereich

* Herzlicher Empfang sowie professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Erstellung und Koordination von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams

* Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft

* Organisation des Bestellwesens und Warenmanagements im Servicebereich

* Sicherstellung und laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Service und Management

* Einschulung, Begleitung und Förderung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder umfangreiche Berufserfahrung

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und ein professionelles Auftreten

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Leidenschaft für exzellenten Service und echte Gastfreundschaft
